Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier, email address (if you choose to share), and display name.
Profile Information: You may optionally set a nickname and other profile details.
Document Content: Documents, images, and other content you upload, capture, or create.
Knowledge Base Data: Knowledge bases you create, Q&A records, and related data.

1.2 Information Generated During Service Operation

Server Logs: To ensure service security and troubleshoot issues, our servers automatically record access logs, which may include IP addresses, request timestamps, and request paths. These logs are used for security protection and fault diagnosis and are not associated with your personal identity.

1.3 Information Collected by Third-Party Services

Apple Services: When using Apple Sign In and App Store subscriptions, Apple collects information according to their privacy policy.
AI Processing Services: To provide intelligent document processing, the following data is sent to third-party AI services for processing:
Document images you scan or upload
Text content recognized through OCR
Query text you enter in knowledge base Q&A

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Storage Location

Your data is stored on secure servers located in mainland China, protected by industry-standard encryption and security measures.

Account Information: Stored while your account is active; deleted within a reasonable period after account deletion.
Document Data: Stored until you delete them; retained in trash for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Server Logs: Retained for no more than 90 days.

5.1 Data Processor

We use the large language model API services provided by Google Gemini for AI analysis and processing.

5.2 Data Sent

When you use document scanning, intelligent analysis, or knowledge base Q&A features, the following data is sent to the AI service:

Document images you scan or upload
Text content recognized through OCR
Query text you enter in knowledge base Q&A

5.3 Purpose of Data Use

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

Document content recognition and structured extraction
Document classification and intelligent tag generation
Knowledge base semantic search and Q&A

5.4 Security Safeguards

All data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption
Data is used only for real-time processing and is not persistently stored by the third party after processing is complete
Your data will not be used for AI model training
We have entered into a data processing agreement with Amazon Web Services to ensure data security and compliance

You can view related information at any time in the App under "Settings > About > AI Data Usage Notice". To withdraw consent, you may log out and stop using the App. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing completed prior to withdrawal.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

You can view your account information and data within the App.

6.2 Right to Rectification

You can modify your profile information at any time.

6.3 Right to Deletion

You can delete documents and knowledge bases you have uploaded or created
You can request account deletion, and we will delete all your data

You can export your document data.

You can withdraw your consent to this Privacy Policy at any time, but this may result in your inability to use some or all features of the App.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
